Don't you just love that saying? I’ve had a big journey having been involved in the modeling industry for over 29 years, starting out as a model in '85. I weaved my way throughout the modeling industry until, inspired by my son making his way into the world in '97, I became a model agent for June DallyWatkins, Clyne & 62 Models. My biggest professional accomplishment was in 2005 co-founding Red11 Models.
My 16 years as a model agent has been discovering, building, promoting and selling people.
Having co-built/managed the careers of 1000’s of people in that time, I’ve a proven track record of my successes, evident in many of New Zealand's model greats scattered throughout magazines, campaigns & catwalks both locally & internationally.

As a result of my survival, resilience and positive attitude, I’ve been invited to share my stories through press and television. I've also done inspirational/public speaking for the likes of St Peter’s School, L’Oreal 'Face Your Future', Goodness Gracious and DFSA.
Now a 'free agent', my focus is: MODEL/TALENT SCOUTING, MODEL TUTORING/ MENTORING, CONFIDENCE & SELF ESTEEM WORKSHOPS, COURSES & PROGRAMMES, INSPIRATIONAL/PUBLIC SPEAKING, WRITING/BLOGGING.
I draw upon my wealth of professional and personal knowledge & experience to empower predominantly teens how to tap into and utilise what they already have, who they are, what they’ve been through and know to successfully package and sell themselves. Because selling yourself is challenging. And teens, as our future generation, need more support than ever if they are to carve out a place in the increasingly competitive real world.
I teach what I know through one-on-one mentoring, public speaking, digital posing & photographic sessions and group modeling/confidence/self esteem courses (enquire for info).
So I’ve created this website as a place where others can benefit from sharing lessons in modelling, fashion and real life. That and when we freely show what we know, we not only learn, but become both inspired and inspiring. So I invite you to share and get involved (you’ll see how).
