Having left the company I co-founded in Red11, one of the things I love about what I’m now doing is SCOUTING, training and mentoring new models and talent. I do this by working alongside agencies I work with in 62 & UNIQUE MODELS. I'm keen to know more than just how talent look, but what they can do and how I can help them achieve their dreams and goals. And then there's THE BIG QUESTIONS I ask all my talent: What do you believe are the biggest challenges facing the world? What are you doing to do your bit? What was your biggest challenge and how did getting through it positively affect you? What advice would you give your younger self?

I scouted WIREMU (and his brother BEN), did a digital posing and training session with him, and signed him with 62 Models. I was delighted to discover WIREMU and his brother BEN have written two songs, too. So we filmed them at KINGSIZE STUDIOS (thanks Kingsize. I love that couch!). I think these boys are going places so watch (and listen out for more on) this space!

WHAT IS REAL CONFIDENCE TO YOU? Being able to truly express yourself publicly (talk,dance, sing, act), without any fear ever of the judgments others have of you.
