I’ve gotta say it: never have I felt so proud of my work being featured in a magazine! I've invested years into giving models and talent a leg up in the fashion and television industry, and I loved it. To give a helping hand to people, some of who share similar or many of the challenges I did, is such deeply rewarding work, that I no longer ponder if making the hugely courageous step to leave Red11 to follow this calling was the right thing to do.

I now know who I am, too; what my ‘title’ is and can explain succinctly what I do, and it’s truly unique: 'I am Amanda Betts, I am an engagement coach, and I am really, really good at it'.

Own who you are, people, and proudly tell the world what you are good at. More importantly, share WHY you’re doing what you’re doing. Because when you start to share your gifts and talents with the world, the world becomes a better place because of it.
